·     Also known as Hot Spring egg in Japan. Tsukimi Onsen egg has a different texturefrom benedict egg. It has a unique texture that the white egg taste likedelicate custard (milky and soft) and the yolk comes out firm, but retain thecolor and creamy texture of uncooked yolk. Our Tsukimi Onsen egg is ready toeat and can be served hot or cold. It's suitable as a starter or as a topping(telur goyang/ telur setengah masak), etc.
